The board of directors of Emco Group presently are comprised of: Ishwerlal D. Gandhi as Chairman, was in the past also the Chairman of Emco Ltd., as well as Emco Electricals (IBCD-Lenze Division), and promoted several jount ventures with European and American companies.

Chirayush I. Gandhi as Managing Director. with a B.S. and a B.B.A., from New York University and an M.B.A. from Boston University, brings with with him a 5 year working experiance at Hewlett Packard Medical Products USA.

Anita M. Edekar as Executive Director. with a M.S. in Computer Sciences brings an experiance in information systems.

Management has targeted the implementation of a a continual quality improvement programme in all areas of business development and product manafacturing, from R&D, to flexible manufacturing systems, & integrated information systems, for eventual increase of customer satisfaction. The integrated programme is planned for implementation by the year December 2003.

The eventual objective of the group is to become a market leader for its product lines, in Indian engineering industry, as well as in the sub continental Indian markets which are expected to grow at a speed of 8% per year.
