| Principle
of operation
The supply voltage is fed via an EMC-filter to the input rectifier
where the d.c. link voltage is produced.
The
inverter stage converts the d.c. voltage into variable frequency three-phase
voltage. The frequency is adjustable within the range 0...50 Hz. This
range may be extended to 480 Hz for special requirements.
A modern
microprocessor controller processes the control signals and converts them
into an a.c. voltage with PWM (Pulse-With-Modulation).
MotorMaster MM45 makes use of a new modern software concept. In
addition to the usual basic functions for frequency inverter operation
there are also many additional universal function blocks available. This
allows many control functions to be integrated into the MotorMaster inverter.
